Membership Trial Period

Once you receive your membership package, if you are not satisfied, return the costumes in their original condition within 10 days for a full refund and no further obligation.   Plus you keep The Dress Up Club costume trunk as our gift to you.

Return Policy

Defective or incorrectly packaged products can be returned for an exchange of the same item.  A written explanation must be sent with the product within 30 days of original shipping so that a replacement product can be sent. Unopened product can only be returned for a credit of the invoice amount less the original shipping and handling charges.  In other words, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges.  Due to the nature of the product, opened products which were correctly shipped and which are not defective cannot be returned.

Membership may be cancelled for what we determine to be a large number of returns.
